1. When did you start racing and why?

I started bike racing in the spring of 2017. I went to college in Colorado and was a collegiate swimmer for the Colorado School of Mines. When my NCAA eligibility was gone I became a triathlete at Colorado State University eventually placing 5that the 2016 ITU World Championships. Two months later, I graduated from graduate school and moved to Ohio to begin my career as an engineer. Eventually I meet Travis Iles and have been aspiring to be as cool as him ever since!

My favorite cycling race memory is my first win, which also happened to by my first road race. It was the Yellow Springs Cat. 4 Road Race. Currently it tops my leader board for favorite cycling race memory because I won the race from a ~40km solo breakaway.I was on cloud nine afterwards. I use that memory as motivation when training to someday create a better race memory that can replace it at the top of my greatest race memory leader board.

10. What advice do you give to your team member or a new team member?

Never forget to have fun and be in the moment when you ride. I have only life to live, and I’m not going to waste it doing things that I don’t enjoy!

Create a new greatest race memory, assist my teammates to great wins, achieve my personal performance goals, and finish on the top step of a few podiums.
